I am Rusty McCoy of McCoy Property Holdings in Boulder, CO.
I have lived in Boulder for almost 40 years and been in Real Estate for almost as long. I have seen our town and the housing market go through quite a few changes and I have been here to track these opportunities and turn them into  REALITIES.

My primary focus is servicing the needs of my past clients and their referrals with their Real Estate investments. I do also have my own personal properties some of which are listed on this page. Those who know Real Estate as a lifestyle and investment opportunity are my past and future clients. 

My strengths are investment values as well as transaction negotiations. I feel comfortable establishing values in a short amount of time no matter where I am. Good preparation is the best start to a good negotiation.
I DO NOT specialize in first time home buyers but do make some exceptions for friends and family.
